A business owner creates a free account on the Get Listed page and submits their details. Our team reviews every listing before it is published, and the owner gets an email when it is approved or if it is not.

Yes. Searching and contacting businesses is free, and a standard business listing is free. We do not charge lead fees or take a cut of your project.

Verified means our team has confirmed the business details directly with the owner. Listings without the badge were still reviewed before publishing, but have not completed that extra step.

Anyone who has worked with a listed business can leave a review from its profile. Reviewers give their name, their business name and a business email address on a company domain. Free email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, Shaw and Telus are not accepted. Our team reads every review before it is published.

No. Businesses cannot edit, hide or remove reviews. If a review breaks our rules, for example it is about a different business or contains personal information, anyone can report it through the form on this page and our team will look at it.

Top Rated ranks businesses by average rating, then by number of approved reviews. A business needs at least three approved reviews to appear. Featured placements never affect the ranking.

Featured listings are placements we highlight at the top of some lists. They are always labelled so you can tell them apart from organic results.

Log in to your business dashboard and edit your business info. Most changes go live right away. Changes to your business name or address are checked by our team first, to keep listings accurate.

Log in, open Reviews and badge, and copy the badge code into your website. It shows your live rating and review count and links to your profile. The same tab has your review request link to send to customers.

Use the form on this page and include the business name and what needs correcting. We check every report.
